Wednesday 25 January 2012: First Blossoms
Seems to me we don't usually see the plum blossoms til February, but the weather is so higgledy-piggledy that anything goes these days. There are at least a half dozen beautifully maintained trees in the courtyard of the medical building, and the flowers are visible from the second story deck: tiny blossoms just ready to pop their way into the world, so full and ready to burst that they just woke me up and made me smile.
