Saturday 28 January 2012: Soufflet Normande
Today I celebrate seven years at Basse Copette!
My neighbour kindly bought me one of my favourite cakes, a soufflet Normande and a bottle of champagne.
A soufflet Normande is an apple tart with a soufflet style creme patissiere on top ... to die for! Or just come to Basse Copette, but mine do not quite look like this just yet ;-)
