Saturday 28 January 2012: Megaloceros Giganteus

Staying with a friend in Ireland. This Giant Irish Deer (male) is on display in the science & technology building at Trinity College Dublin. Giant Irish deer used to roam Ireland and western Europe but became extinct 11,000 years ago.

I am raising money for MS Resource Centre by taking a picture a day and asking people who like it to support by texting chal60 £(amount) to 70070. Thanks.
