Sunday 29 January 2012: Teasel on a Stoney beach
I am surprised to be posting a picture of a dried teasel as it was a glorious blue sky day and I went for a walk along Ardersier beach. Took lots of blips of the sea and reflections etc but this is the one that I liked the best. I was surprised by the blue bits in the fuzzy background. I love detail and fuzzy backgrounds - something about it that makes the subjects stand out and I find the detail in the seedhead fascinating.
Roast beef is cooking, roast potatoes about to go in oven followed by yorkshire puddings. Good selection of fresh veg with lashings of gravy should mean a satisfying dinner that my family with hopefully enjoy.
