Legal?

I had another picture for today but then I was stopped at a red light next to this billboard on my way home from school. I always drive past it and think "Is that legal to advertise?" and today I was finally stopped next to it and able to take a picture.

Not sure if it's acceptable to advertise for something like that. And, while I'd like $8000, I don't think I could produce a chicken egg for them.
