Oystercatchers on the beach at Vazon

Sunday
Beautiful day today. Went to church in the morning, then round to Roger's Uncle Barry and Aunty Janet for lunch, with their daughters, Michelle and Collette and their young families. We had a lovely lunch outside. Jen and Laura soon found themselves appointed as 'playmates' by Michelle and Collettes kids who had them bouncing on the trampoline with them and playing various other games. We went for a lovely walk around the reservoir together, and then we left to do some more exploring on our own. We went for a walk at Vazon Bay, where it was lowish tide, and I saw these oystercatchers. Then we walked around Fort Hommett on the headland. We went to a creperie in St Peter Port for a light dinner - the town was desserted, as besides being a Sunday evening it was also the European Cup Final!
