Or, the corkscrew in Occitan. Wednesday lunchtime at the eponymous wine bar in Lézignan. It's run by a friendly Portuguese lady called Maria, who prepares fresh tapas at very reasonable prices and serves them up with a smile. We recommend it for post-market refreshments!
