Wednesday 9 July 2008: It happens

Well, so much for my triumphal return to Blip, palm leaves and all. The fan of work got spattered, so to speak. So I'm about to upload a fortnight's-worth (hopefully) of blippage. Oh, and after four years in the wilderness, I finally met someone interesting, except it seems to have stalled, crashed and burned on the runway at take-off. Poo.

This was taken in Jedburgh, where the annual horsing about (town festival) has not long finished. It's always great to see the town full of horses, but it only lasts for a few minutes before they all disappear again. Must have been great when the 'clop clop clop' filled the streets every day. So long as you looked where you were stepping.
