How long to lay some tramlines?

Had a day off today and made the most of it. It was a beautiful sunny day so I took myself up town and spent some money. Later in the day I had a walk in the last of the sun. Let's hope no snow tomorrow - I'll settle for some rain instead.

This picture shows the tramworks in Princes St. Seems like they have been going on for an eternity - in fact they have... and still 2 years to go. I wonder what the tourists think?
