Friday 3 February 2012: Charly
The Bar Establo at Eagles Nest in San Miguel De Salinas is owned by a German called Charly and a very happy and jolly chap he is too.
This evening we ate hear and all had steaks, me and my brother's medium rares had to be sent back because as my friend once said a good vet would have been able to have put the cow back on its feet.
