Life Imitates Art

Not much to blip today, so this shot gets the prize. Todd is the night manager at the cafe where I hang out. The painting of him is by patron Rob Stack. I've been meaning to catch the model and his likeness together like this for some time. There was no cane knife handy so he brandished the big knife instead.

Todd's a great guy. The portrait always amuses me because it (intentionally) makes him look like a Latin American revolutionist. In real life he's not even long-winded!
