Saturday 4 February 2012: "El Centro de la Manzana", or...
....in the center of the block.
One of the many charms of Barcelona, ??are the centers of blocks, designed 150 years ago by Idelfons Cerdà. Some are full of life inside, others only offer the inner life of the apartments that make up its facade.
In any case, these places are little known by tourists due that the city is a unit rather homogeneous, continuous and dense. On a few days trip, at most, one can see the center of the block from your hotel.
Today's photo is the center of a block of Sarria, seen by chance from a window this afternoon/night.
