Saturday 4 February 2012: a moment of Canadiana
a simply gorgeous day here today: 14C and bright bright sunshine with crystal clear blue blue sky.
The cycle path was absolutely crowded and it was difficult to ride with any speed, such was the density of people out and about walking the river paths.
Here you can see the ice on the Bow melting and breaking up to revel the beautiful glacier turquoise colour so characteristic of Lake Louise and Morraine Lake in the summer.
On the other side of the river a CP rail train winds its way on the Southern shore of the Bow
