Surrealism

This succulent abounds in a garden where clusters of them are growing.

In a dry, hot area, they make a lovely ground cover, and at the moment they bear small red flowers.

The 'leaves' form patterns, sometimes making it feel as if your eyes are looking cross-wise.

Because it is week-end, I decided to go surrealistic and added some wild colour - so, yes, the image is manipulated - to me it equates to artists' freedom.

I do welcome constructive criticism!
