I'm finding there's a therapy
In being thankful
In taking the time
To notice the little things
The humble unceremonied affairs
As well as the showy pompous ones
In learning to stand
Still in the moment
Turning that moment to a memoir
Etched on my pilgrimage almanac
Before rushing on.
