Sunday 5 February 2012: The Horse and Goose
A successful morning at the ice rink with a last stone win to send us into the semi-final of the Perth Open. Roll on Wednesday.
With that out of the way, Mrs T, Breagha and I went for a wee explore along the Carse of Gowrie.
Lots of geese in the fields, which made a wonderful sound when they all took off. The beating of their wings and their gaggling was a fabulous accompaniment of the sight of so many birds in the air at once.
It was the farmyard goose and their trusty equine companion that won the day though.
