Sunday Lunch Leftovers!

I made this dish with leftover roast chicken, broccoli and courgettes in tomato sauce I then poured a portion of Heston's cheese sauce over it all and topped with diced potatoes, a quick sprinkle of Parmigiano-Reggiano and popped it into the oven for 35 minutes. WOW what a great Monday night meal... for afters we finished up the apple crumble and custard... I AM NOW STUFFED!!!!
