Sunny day

I did not want to get out of bed to go on a walk today, but I persevered and went anyway. It was cold but beautiful. I had been feeling perky through Saturday. I don't know if it was a couple of days without exercise or just a regular dip in the road... The day was a bit of an emotional ride, with emails from ex-boyfriends, meetings with big bosses, canceled meetings, the works. I'm ok now. Going to New York tomorrow and still need to pack.
