Wednesday 8 February 2012: Here I am!

I have been asked to work full time at the college as a chef lecturer which I have said yes to as it means a very welcome change in my career.

Because it means no more cooking myself for customers I figured I would miss it so I thought being a personal chef and doing the odd dinner party for people at their homes would be a nice addition to the teaching.

I have also been asked to design a range of products to be sold in a new shop in the Kings Road in London which I am thinking about.

Anyway, the personal cheffing. I got this business card made up and was wondering what you think of it?
