Growing wheatgrass: 1st soak your grains

Have decided to blip this process (it will take about 10 days). It's easy and rewarding to grow. I tend to use spelt grains as they haven't been hybridised as much as common wheat, and you get splendid results.

Day 1
It needs a good overnight soak (overnight) to wake them up from their dormant state.
