Quack! Quack!

Today is normally our day in the swimming pool. I'd never claim to be fit but I think one kilometre front-crawl a week and some biking to work when it's light enough means that I'm not a total physical wreck.

Tonight was instead a parish council meeting, so no swimming. I've just got back to the house and this is my blip for today. It's about as close to swimming as I'm going to get today.
