Thursday 9 February 2012: Raising the Benchmark
I had time for a little stroll/detour en route to the railway station this afternoon. I came upon this rather odd - it seemed to me - sight: first time I'd seen a park bench on top of a table/other bench. Not sure I'd be too keen to sit on it ;-)

I did crop, and fiddle with the layers, and saturation and brightness ... and then compared to what came straight from the camera, and binned my processed version. It was too garish in colour, and still grainy and noisy from an ISO of 800, which really is too high for my Lumix. So this is straight from the camera to you.
