Home Alone - day 1
It's 8.30pm. Kids are fed, toileted, cleaned and in bed. The child count remains at two and I'm still sober so we're off to a good start. A gentle start - no mad dash to various childcares and work. Dropped Ewan off for school (rather than before school club) and took Ellen to nurserry. Drove to the office for a 10am start. The parking ticket was a mere blip. Accepted without rancour, paid and forgotten. Left at 4pm to be sure of a leisurely drive back for early pick ups and home.
Some fun was had.
The tweet has just popped up announcing that KLM591 arrived at FAJS/JNB from EHAM/AMS, which is good news.
