Friday 10 February 2012: Initiation
House Sports day today - masses of colour, shouting, chanting, cheering, laughing, fun and friendship.
A colleague made the comment today that our new Year 9's aren't truly part of the College until they've experienced their first college sports day. So today was the day that some 300-plus students were initiated as fully fledged members of our fine institution.
This shot is of the 'Cork Scramble' - toss as many corks as we have into teh pool and give the kids a minute or so to collect as many as they can and deposit them into a bucket at the other end of the pool. Ridiculous fun :)
