Wednesday 8 February 2012: Bird scarer
This is the reason why a bird table in my garden would be like a death trap for birds. This chap is one of the many cats who thinks he owns the place. I have been off work with a chest infection so the only photographs I've been taking have been through the kitchen window. Having scared away the very hungry great tits he sat and stared at me and was unperturbed when I pointed the big zoom at him.
He could of course be GROWLTIGER, who was known as "The Terror of the Thames", or even his "bucko mate, GRUMBUSKIN". I seem to recall Growltiger was made to walk the plank, the birds would like that ending.
