Saturday 11 February 2012: Wired
Grey, mizzly and mildish. I went for a wander down at the shore by the wreck of the old boat- a really low tide and all sorts of things were revealed. Screws, barbed wire, rotting wood, a myriad of seaweeds, teeny crabs and empty shells. There were oyster catchers and curlews, cormorants and shags and not a human in sight.
Now I have to go and make something interesting as Earthdreamery and Travellersjoy are having supper with us tonight. Earthdreamery is having a long weekend in our part of the woods and having a brilliant time by the sound of it. I have Durrus cheese and I have spinach. I have pears and a pineapple - something will emerge.
