Sunday 12 February 2012: The Glass Blower
Today I went up to Granville, Vermont to visit Green Mountain Glassworks. You can see nine photos from my day on flickr. To see all of them just click on OLDER up above to go through one by one. Here is is finishing a glass egg!
Michael Egan is the artist and his studio is filled with beautiful pieces of glass from tumblers to vases to art works with more stashed in a back room. There is an open view of the studio so people can stand and watch him work. What a wonderful opportunity to see a master at work. I will let the collection of pictures do the talking!
