Wednesday 15 February 2012: Silver sea
Anyone watching BBC Breakfast this morning will have seen an interview from this spot where Steph was shivering and complaining about the cold. I have to say that the temperature was in double figures and quite tropical for this area! The BBC crew had all disappeared to get warmed up by the time I got there.
Aquafit calls so I will catch up later. No visiting this week as there has been an outbreak of norovirus and they are trying to contain it. Mum is fine thankfully.
