Wednesday 15 February 2012: Why?
Why?
A nothing photo but an important question.
Today was the third morning in a row that I have cycled up North Bridge and this man in orange overalls and a hard hat has been standing there. He's not waiting at the bus stop. This much has been obvious from his demeanour. The first two times he was talking on a phone, but today he was just standing there. He must be something to do with the works on the roof of Waverley Station, but exactly what is not clear to me.
Any suggestions?
