Wednesday 15 February 2012: Jasmine's new trick

Today is day 3 of having our new hamster and was the first day we were able to pick her up without her biting.

I'm convinced she is plotting her escape - she's already in training on the wheel for when she eventually breaks free and has to make a run for it. Her latest trick is to climb upside down on the bars of the cage to get her close enough to examine the latches which hold it shut.

She's a smart one.
