Thursday 16 February 2012: Highland Coos
These fine looking animals are currently grazing on land in the Havannah Nature reserve. I was standing watching them thinking, there's no way way I'm blipping a Coo, I was, however won over and decided that I love this shot. The image on my monitor looks a little flat but the raw file is really good, I'm going to get a print of it.
I also wanted to show that HDR can be done sympathetically.
I was back at the Doctors today, my medication has been doubled, I'm feeling a bit "peely wally" my Scottish blipmates will know what I mean as will any readers of the delightful Oor Wullie and The Broons.
Work at 5 pm tonight, just five hours though.
Today I sold all of my prime lenses except the one used to take this. I'm now on the hunt for a wide angle zoom, either a 10-24 or a 12-24.
