Thursday 16 February 2012: Blue tongued monkey
The Wanted were flipping fantastic last night, I was probably nearing the upper age bracket of their fan base (and trying to dodge those students I recognised from school !) and the kids in the lower one, but hey ho.
We were spitting distance from them ( not that we did - not that type of gig). Millie was pointed out by Jay - and he waved to her (twice !!!!) probably had something to do with the fact I had put her on my shoulders ( Glastonbury stylie) and she had a LED glitter ball in her hand - he would have found it hard to miss her.
As we left she looked up at me and said 'Mummy I think I'm in love with Jay', I nodded sagely thinking yes I think I am too.
Lazy day today as it was a late one last night. Funny how a blue ice lolly is so appealing when you're 6 and it's freezing cold
