Tired?

Jesper's probably not, but I am as we've walked roughly 6 miles this morning - only an estimate but it did take an hour each way. The purpose of the walk was so that I could register with a dentist on the NHS, but the surgery happened to be right next to the hairdressers owned and run by friends of ours. They used to have a labrador and made a great fuss of Jasper - he even got a bit of cream cake! Successful morning anyway because, apart from the dentist registration I gained a very welcome cup of tea and also got my hair cut.

This is the new rug, which I'm hoping won't show the dog hairs too badly. It's sort of labrador coloured!
