Entry 559 - Night shift

So I have volunteered to work a night shift tonight, in my penultimate week on placement. Have you ever volunteered to do something before that you didn't have to do, only to be regretting it when it actually arrives? Sleep would be a better option this evening I think, but maybe getting used to night duty isn't such a bad thing. The varied life of a student nurse!
