I do not know the meaning of the Chinese balloon in the window, but I searched on Google Street and the balloon is also there.... Maybe is a Chinese pharmacy in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter.
I passed again this morning by this place. The balloon is the second floor of a chinese restaurant.
