Friday 17 February 2012: Peacock Eye

We have a pair of male Peacocks that live in the village usually roosting on our house over night. I've already blipped them once or twice before.

As a result of Percy and Pierre we now have rather a lot of long upper tail coverts feathers. I thought it we be a good idea to try and snap one with my 60mm macro.

Depending upon your culture peacock feathers are either good or bad luck.
