Friday 17 February 2012: Down The Road

I haven't been very sociable recently, sorry. I did have a good sleep last night, and a fairly lazy day today with Alexander. I watched some of Treasure Island from Christmas, it was very good. I did read it quite recently and I thought Eddie Izzard was excellent. I need to watch some stuff because my Sky box is full!

Then I went out this evening and socialised with real people! We'd had a mummies' night out planned for a few weeks, but due to some sad circumstances and illness we were down to three by this evening. Still we had a lovely evening and a good chat.

We were having such an interesting time I forgot to take any pictures, so I took this from the brow of the (very steep) hill that I live at the top of, when I got home. It's pretty windy but fairly mild; still I'm not sure if anyone wondered what I was up to. Anyway the dark and windiness meant none of my attenpts were clear, but this one looks like I did it on purpose :)
The bluey-green lights on the horizon in the middle is Anniesland Court which is an A listed tower block and well known Glasgow landmark.
