Saturday 18 February 2012: The Blue Hour

How to be blue if you don't have (or know how to use) Photoshop.

Take a picture 1 hour to 1/2 hour before sunrise, or 1/2 hour to 1 hour after sunset.
Switch your camera to P-mode (no flash).
Use a tripod or other stable platform.
A handkerchief can be very usefull to lift and tilt the camera.
Use the selftimer.
Take several pictures with a 5 minutes interval. During this timeframe there is still sufficient daylight to show detail and colour.

The Bro Gothenburg with a destination Tyne. The Coral Meandra will go back to Antwerp.
