Place de la République, Perpignan

The market was on in Place de la République this morning. I went through the square just as the vendors were packing up and it was even busier than in this shot, taken in the late afternoon.

I had a nice day wandering around Perpignan. I visited the Palace of the Kings of Mallorca (1276), ate lunch outside at a café on the Quai Sébastien Vauban and walked all over the old city centre.
