Sunday 19 February 2012: ring dove
We are surrounded by these birds with their incessant "hoo hooo hu" calls to each other. Ring Dove numbers are increasing steadily and in some areas are almost regarded as a pest. I can hardly resist taking the easy early doors bird blip as I watch the comings and goings through the french windows (hence some glass reflections!) on the bird table while I drink the first cuppa of the day.
