Sunday 19 February 2012: ellah's eggs
Sunday again and an early morning start at the Farmers Market...is it really a week since the carrot blip? My, time does fly.
Ellah's Eggs are local free range whoppers. They would challenge a duck egg for size and have gloriously brown shells and big, orange yolks.
This morning Ellah wasn't gracing her stall. According to the stand-in 'chook lady' she had 'partied at a hen's night and was laying in!'
Classic, and how appropriate for the 'chook lady.'
