Evolution in Brazil
Today, Sunday, is the cutover day of the new systems and processes which lie at the heart of a major project that has had a lifespan of over 18 months. This happy crew have a busy day of validation tests ahead of them. There's a lot riding on their work; from tomorrow the proper functioning of the entire business operation of a multinational company in Brazil from taking orders to delivering goods right across this huge continental country depends on what they do. I was asked to assist on the home straight with some change management support and it has been a pleasure to work with these young people. And they have a great incentive to get it right...carnaval awaits outside!
