Skeletal leaf

Didn't do much today - no walks into town as husband was trying to rest his leg.

Went over to a birthday party in Wantage in the late afternoon. Finally saw the house I've heard so much about as it has been extensively renovated and returned to its period glory by my colleague.

We saw a barn owl on the way home as we drove through the countryside back towards the motoway. Haven't seen one for years and so it was a rare treat.

I found this leaf skeleton in the garden. It looked like some kind of maze or complicated lace.
