The second half of life..

Four o'clock

Home time.

Well, more like 5.30 and then some but there you go.

A good day at work - had some time to really get to grips with a few tasks and am finally beginning to feel I may be getting on top of a few things. Home on third time of trying - firstly because I'd forgotten something at work and had to go back and collect it (living only a handful of kms from work has its advantages), secondly because I'd run out of catmeat and didn't want my boys to think I was starving them so made a quick trip to teh supermarket then finally - home for real! Yay!!

Dinner, a little TV then an early night, all ready to start over again tomorrow.

By the way - this flower is one of several cuttings I gathered last summer over in Golden Bay. I've had to do a bit of research to find out just what it is but I believe it's a Four-o'clock (Mirabilis jalapa). I've never heard of them before and until last summer I don't think I'd ever seen them before either. Their physical form is quite sweet but their real appeal to me is their heavenly scent. Sadly, my picture can't get that across to you, but believe me, they're gorgeous.
