Monday 20 February 2012: Help desk
So not for the first time my Sky box is giving the No Satellite Signal Being Received message and once again I had to suffer the usual "have you switched off and left for 2 minutes for it to magically repair itself once it has had time to think about the situation" chat. This time however, it was a webchat so I couldn't respond in my usual matter of fact way. It's so hard to type sarcastically..
Unbelievably I have an engineer coming on Sunday (it better be before the Carling Cup Final) and I'm away until the weekend anyway so that works just great for me.
Hopefully I get offered webchat in the future, much better than people..
