Tuesday 21 February 2012: Durham.
We had a trip to Durham this morning. The sun was shining, and it was quite warm, so we walked along by the River Wear. This spot must have been blipped many times, but as the bridge has just been restored, I thought it was worthy of another one. I like to see the boathouse through the arch.
The river was very high, and flowing fast. The ducks had taken refuge on dry land, and were sun bathing!
