Tuesday 21 February 2012: Re-capture Project
Meet Laura. She's just 18, but she's already doing an amazing thing.
She's formed a group of young people, all recovering from eating disorders, and they've jointly set out to inspire others in the same position through simple photos and words.
We were invited along to their first exhibition today, and the launch of their new website - the Re-Capture Project.
Well done, Laura & Co., there's nothing more inspiring than people who get up off their butts and do amazing things.
