Tuesday 21 February 2012: Water Experiment III

I came across a very nice scene in Edinburgh this morning.

I was on the Ingliston commute with Mr Insto and we'd just turned onto Palmerston Place and were waiting at the traffic lights.

Usually this place is a hive of activity but this morning, for just a minute or so, there was not a sole about. No cars, no people, no fellow twa' wheelers. The echoing of our voices off the cavernous sides of the buildings was almost eerie and very different to ever having passed the place before.
