It's Amazing What £7M Can Buy!

"Waverley Station's Princes Street entrance will be closed [...] as £7million construction work beings on rebuilding Waverley Steps. The work being carried out [...] will see the installation of three banks of double escalators and a "feature entrance" to the station on Princes Street, all of which will be enclosed by steel and glass canopy."

OK, there are still a couple of lifts to be completed but unless they're gold-plated I still can't see where the money has been spent!
