Wednesday 22 February 2012: Lerwick Roof Tops
Spotted a cherry picker in use today clearing gutters in Commercial Street. When I recognised the operator asked if I could go up for a look and there I was looking over the town. Not the best location for a view of the harbour unfortunately but different. Here we have the Town Hall dominating the place. The cars just down from the building are parked in the location of the old swimming pool which was an ugly building and the picture is much better for it being a car park.
